The bathroom and shower room are also new as well as the fully equipted kitchen with a balcony that wraps around the entire perimeter of the house.
Each room in the middle floor is unique offering different styles of living.
Room #1 is designed with 2 large beds and a walk in closet, while rooms #2 and #3 each have one large matrimonial bed and private hammocks.
All rooms have two entrances, large windows for natural lighting and ceiling fans are in abundance.
The entire floor is available to rent as one suite package for long term rentals, or private rooms can be available for shorter term rentals whenever possible.

Street Level Suite: The street level suite is more of a business opportuntiy with private living quarters.
Included is a huge kitchen and dinning area with four large doors that open to a beautiful backyard and garden area.
Use of the backyard for outdoor dining and events creates a perfect setting, and with the addition of a new pool, swim up bar and parking area,
this could be the perfect opportunity for a couple or small family to live and work in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Wifi and satelite television hook ups are included but the price will vary depending on seasons and usage of the bar and pool facilities.
